Passion. Excitement. Comfort. Inspiration. What did you feel the last time you heard the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra? How wonderful would it be to share that feeling? As an NJSO Ambassador, you can bring the power of music to others and support the orchestra in its mission to enrich lives through music. Our volunteer Ambassadors play a major role in sustaining and growing the NJSO by cultivating patrons, building audiences, generating positive word-of-mouth and raising awareness of the NJSO in their communities.

There are many benefits to being an NJSO Ambassador: |

| • Insider Access – You will receive electronic newsletters to stay on top of what’s happening on the NJSO stage and in the organization. You’ll also attend our annual Season Insights get-together to learn about the current season and artists that are appearing with us. |

| • Receive Concert Tickets – Participation in Ambassador activities may allow you to see certain performances for free! You’ll also have the chance to earn complimentary tickets. |
| |
| • Become Part of the Family – Celebrate with the whole NJSO family at the annual end-of-the-season party. |
| |
• Personal Enrichment – Participate in Ambassador-only enrichment events such as seminars to learn more about the NJSO, how the orchestra operates and behind-the-scenes insights into programs and artists. |

Expectations for Ambassadors
As an Ambassador, the NJSO expects that you will:
• Be enthusiastic about your new role.
• Attend an Ambassador Orientation session upon your registration.
• Contribute to at least one Ambassador project each season.
• Be an NJSO patron by purchasing tickets to at least one performance and supporting the orchestra with a donation to its Annual Fund each season.
• Take advantage of enrichment opportunities we provide (newsletters, seminars, season previews, etc.) so you know what’s happening at the NJSO and can share your knowledge with others.
• Have an enjoyable and rewarding experience. |
