LORD OF THE RINGS: THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING
Coming June 2011
   
Howard Shore brings J.R.R. Tolkien’s literary imagination to vivid life with his award-winning score to the epic film The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. This unique performance screens the film with an orchestral accompaniment that allows the music to bear the narrative weight, creating a dramatic live concert experience. This incredible event will feature more than 200 musicians onstage, with a huge orchestra, two choruses, soloists and a gigantic screen above the stage. Don’t miss the event of the season!
